The new album by Farewell entitled "Run Up The Flagpoll" is some great pop/rock/ punk .. not sure how to describe it, but it is a great album that you should check out!

Hey everybody, sorry for the lack of updates, class has been busy and I've been at the gym quite abit :)

If any of you watched Strikeforce this past saturday, you might have noticed a certain fighter called Gegard Mousasi .. completely total a seasoned vetren in Babalu and at the same time gaining the Light Heavyweight Championship, in his first American apperance and only 24 years of age!! Armenian born, fighting out of the Netherlands (who is also the Dream middleweight champion) is going to be a force to reckon with, and it only helps that he's friends and trains with Fedor Emelianenko.

Here is a highlight of this great fighter.
